Should You Answer Accident Questions From An Insurance Adjuster? 

Almost immediately after an accident the insurance adjuster will start calling you for a statement, a recorded statement in fact.  You should never make a statement without speaking with an experienced personal injury attorney first.  Remember,  this may be the first and only time you’ll do this, the adjustors are doing this daily.  They are trained to get you to make a statement most favorable to the insurance company.  Everyone makes their own decisions about making a statement, but it’s most wise to be forearmed by first speaking with an attorney.  I offer free initial consultations.  Please don’t hesitate to call if you need advice.  Good luck.
